Parking is on the sloped area in front of the gate, with room for three regular cars, or up to four compact ones. There are no other parking spaces nearby.

The gate is narrow, so you're welcome to park inside at your own discretion as long as you take care not to damage the gate or anything else on the property. Please note that you may be held responsible for the cost of any damage, so we ask you to take extra care.

There is an electronic key box with a code lock. From your check-in time onwards, you can see the code by pressing the check-in button on the pre-check-in link we send you.

Subject to availability, we can accept check-in from 12:00, at ¥5,000 per hour. Once you've decided what time you'd like to arrive, please let us know in advance via message.

Only cooking oil, salt and pepper are provided. Soy sauce and other seasonings are not stocked, so please bring your own as needed.

We don't keep these stocked, so it's best to bring your own. Previous guests sometimes leave some behind, and you're welcome to use them if they're still usable.

Yes — toothbrushes and towels (large & small) are provided for each guest in your booking.

Seven folding chairs and one table set (with a central slot for barbecue charcoal) are provided. The full barbecue set, including charcoal and fire starter, is kept to the left of the entrance.

It is set up ready to use. You light the firewood yourself to heat it. Firewood and a cold-plunge pool are provided alongside.

There is no TV or projector. The only digital device on site is a Bluetooth speaker.

We provide 2 air conditioners, 2 gas heaters, 2 oil-free heaters, 1 kerosene stove, and 5 hot-water bottles. The bedrooms are warm enough in ordinary long-sleeved nightwear, but the entryway and dining area are surrounded by doors and windows and do get chilly, so we'd suggest warmer indoor clothes for those spaces.

Yes — we provide 2 commercial-grade air conditioners and 3 electric fans, so you can stay cool throughout the summer.

During summer (May–September) it is kept filled with water and ready to use. In other seasons it is also available when you use the sauna. Please note that it may not be set up in poor weather.

We provide mosquito coils, insect repellent spray, and insecticide on site. As the property is surrounded by nature, we also recommend wearing long sleeves and bringing your own insect protection to be safe.

Please press the water heater button in the kitchen. If hot water still doesn't come out while it's on, try turning it off and on again.

The entire house is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in the courtyard, as long as you clean up after yourself. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly rather than leaving them in cans or other containers; otherwise a separate cleaning fee will apply.

Anywhere in the inner courtyard is fine. Most guests use the fire-pit area or the space in front of the entrance. A full set of equipment is provided on site.

Hand-held fireworks are allowed. Aerial fireworks (skyrockets) are not permitted.

The maximum is 14 guests (excluding co-sleeping infants), all with beds or futons. Up to about 18 guests can fit in terms of space, but for bookings of 15 or more please contact us in advance via message — we may be able to accommodate you depending on the situation.

Please submit a request using the “change number of guests” option on the booking site. There is no cancellation fee for this change.

Yes. If you have a specific format requirement, please let us know via message.

We are not registered under the qualified invoice system at present, so we cannot issue an invoice number. We can still issue a receipt — just let us know the name and format you need via message.
